Horrible experience. Horribly rude staff. Veterinary advice was grossly incorrect. I literally watched a tech google symptoms and treatments. I have access to online resources too, however I pay for a professional treatment plan. Their booking and billing system is so horrendously outdated. When challenged, they literally ghost you. The entitlement amongst staff reflects their utterly incompetent "small town" approach to running (or failing to run) a professional business.
