I was locked out of my vehicle. They charged me 225 dollars. It took 3 minutes to unlock my vehicle. What a rip off. Never will do business with them again
Great group to deal with, had my rig towed without triple a fair price I feel for the tow, was very professional
These guys are great. They were so kind and the only company that offered to help. I was stuck on forest highway and local companies were of no help. Stockwell came and the wait wasn’t long for where we were. The price was very reasonable as other companies charge well over $3,500 and didn’t seem like they wanted to help. The closest tow company was dupreys and the guy went took a look said he would be back with a shovel and left us in dark woods without telling us he was leaving. We were charged $450 for towing our car 9 miles, plus $375 was added as an after hours fee. Our car was held at Stockwells lot for 14 days, with a gate fee, a release fee and even a fuel fee added on. Kip Stockwell stonewalled our insurance agent, refusing to have the bill paid by credit card, and refusing to release the car to another towing company. The experience was absolutely sickening. Total bill - $2695.
