All the positive reviewers work here, Do better Google. They love that they have properties bringing money in, as you can see from the owners multi-million LinkedIn page LOL. But, THEY ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF QUALITY RENTALS! They don't plan to ever upkeep them. Utilities are 400-500 per month due to leaking roofs (HEARD THAT RIGHT) and a complete lack of insulation.
