Im juat letting you know if you have a storage unit here you need to check on it from time to.time . I went to my unit this week and the lock was still on it but it had been broken into and several of my items were stolen . I believe they picked the lock Have made a police report and have asked the company to please review the camera footage to see if they see anything . Easy and accesible location...the lady that set up my account stay with me on the phone the whole time and she made sure that i was able to get my pad lock open..cant get better customer service for such low prices..i recommend them 150%
They work with you if you ging to be late on payment! Mrs. Mary is really nice!! Haven't had any problems with them at all yet !!!
