Very helpful with an incredible range of stairs
Paid this company almost £30k to manufacture new stairs for my house. When arrived in my house to fit, just about every panel was defective and had split. The stair installer (that had been recommended by Stockwell) said the stairs 'were the worst he had ever seen in all his years of doing the job'. Issues raised with the company, who had the audacity to offer to French Polish the brand new set of stairs. Stairs being fitted this week, they forgot to send all the required parts. Quality is extremely poor. See picture of what we expected and what we got. Complained to them and got aggression and apathy, steer clear of them. Now going through the small claims court. Picture on left is the different colours and grains we have received for the job. Excellent service and a very high quality product from this family-run company. From an initial showroom visit to site visit, design and construction, their attention to detail and communication was faultless. The stairs they made for us are very well built and beautiful, and at a very reasonable price.
