I’m new to Stockwell for my home insurance, having been with the same agency prior for close to twenty years, when suddenly my fees were doubled with no claims filed. Brittany was amazing! She was very courteous and got us a great rate on our homeowners insurance! She explained the policy in full to my husband and myself and made sure we understood the policy. I will definitely be going to Brittany with all my insurance questions!
It started out well anyway. Within the past month, after my homeowners insurance jumped 40%. Initially they didn't get back to me when they said they would, but soon did so. We handled the insurance issue although the inflated premium could not be helped which is disturbing. Anyway, they contacted me so all is well.
As like anyone else I was searching for auto and home insurance when I came across Stockwell agency in Newtown. I spoke with a Jack who was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in the insurance field. Jack found me a very affordable home ins policy and a reasonable auto policy.
