Worst experience buying a unit from Stockwell. They chose the worst building company who claimed bankcrupcy short after the building was completed so they don't have to be responsible for any defects. They tried to 'fix' all the defects in the first couple months but none of them meets any standard of they so called 'luxury apartment'. Just recently, One of my neighbour and I found out some leaking issue in our almost never used guest shower room and it turned out the pipe in between the ceiling/shower drain was never secure... read more
