I have been going to see Phil off and on for over a year. He provides powerful insight as to how you can improve your physical self and knows your capabilities. As someone who has never been very comfortable in a weight room atmosphere, Phil gives customary work outs that help extend confidence both physically and mentally.
Me and wife decided we needed to feel better but need that extra help to get there. Phil understands each persons limits and creates a unique routine for each of us. Very knowledgeable and explains things easily. Phil will have help you achieve any goals you have! We just started a couple weeks ago but already like the directions! Will update progress pictures in a few months.
This team of trainers provide customized training programs for all people. They are well educated and provide a well rounded experience.
