Rude AND slow service (I can do one or the other, but BOTH??) Also a sketchy area that you’d want to be careful of parking for long periods of time. (A decent mannered gal with a buzz cut and glasses told me at the desk) Definitely NOT going back here
Absolutely horrible uhual customer service by the male employee that works here. My dad just committed suicide and we needed to pack up his items to put into storage. I did the 24/7 truck share and did all the paperwork etc online I was supposed to head inside and pick up the key according the app it said “ skip the line. Head to the the side of the counter and let the Associate know your supposed to grab keys “ well I did so and he got attitude with me telling me this isn’t DoorDash I said sorry I’m just following the instr... read more
