I love the cleanliness of this facility and the fact that I had a room to myself. The therapists and majority of nurses were excellent. I would have given a full five stars were it not for the incompetence of the pharmacy department. This is the second year I had to stay here, post-op, and both times they messed me up by not completing the proper form my insurance needed for my controlled substance medication needed upon discharge from their facility. I am impressed with this facility. It is very well kept, clean, and organized, which provides a sense of comfort and confidence. The staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every patient feels supported and cared for. Their compassion and dedication are evident in everything they do. I’m very grateful for the level of care provided to my brother and would highly recommend this center to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.
5 stars aren't enough to rate how wonderful this place is! Such encouragement and expertise! Things I never thought possible happened with their guidance. The entire place, from maintenance to the kitchen to the medical staff are cheering us on and providing the motivation we need. Thank you SRRH!
Had the opportunity to tour this beautiful hospital — it was incredibly clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I also got to meet some of the lovely leadership staff.
