They’re rude and don’t seem to care. After getting an appointment 3 months out I asked to be called with any last minute openings. As my breathing and pain became concerning. I left a message for a call back. When they called it was to reschedule me FURTHER out! So I said, “I’m done with you!”
The doctor only referred me to a sleep clinic.
I made an appointment 2 months in advance, and when the day came I called 1 hour before to confirm my appointment. left a message with my number and didn't get a call back. I show up and they tell me they have to reschedule. This place sucks they have no regard for the urgency of the patient, or the resources we work with. The receptionist. A could care less about you attitude. If you are able to go somewhere else do it. I know I will even if it is out of town.
Bad experience, they don't seem to know what's going on, they have no interest, they are very disorganized
