Overheating began in slow traffic and they found a stuck thermostat during diagnostics. A new thermostat went in and the system was burped carefully. Temperatures stabilized and the fan cycles looked perfectly normal afterward.
The engine stumbled at idle and I kept feathering the pedal, but he checked coils and trims, found one coil acting up, replaced it, inspected plug gaps, and the shake disappeared with a smooth rumble that made the whole cab feel settled again.
