Terrible customer service. Auto payment was charged twice for the monthly payment. I was told they would reimburse me in 3 to 5 business days. I called on the 6th business day since I hadn’t been reimbursed and now they are telling me it will be another 9 days! Customer service will lie and tell you anything.
Thank you so much to Doug Metrick for securing my loan for my first home purchase. My family can't thank you enough!!! My little girl will grow up in such a better place now!
