They suck!! No one knows what they’re doing! 50 days for a result for an MRI is absolutely ridiculous! On top of that they can’t even mail out CD images in a timely manner without the patient calling several times! What a freaking mess! Find another location if you’re in pain! This place doesn’t give a dam!
If I can give this place 0 stars I would my mothers appointment has been cancelled not once but three different times each time being on the same day of her appointment due to "tech calling out" I understand things can happen but this has happened one too many times and is unacceptable we pay our insurance to get the care we need this is MY MOMS LIFE SHE HAS TO LIVE DAILY WITH PAIN AND THIS IS UNFAIR CUSTEMER SERVICE SUCKS DO NOT GET CARE HERE
I had the nicest experience at the radiology department today ! The man that did my X-ray was as so nice and helpful and really educated me on the process ! I would defiantly drive back down to radiology department just for the nice staff on there I would give 10 stars if I could
Everybody in the radiology department is super nice. They make your visit very comfortable. The front desk lady, Vic, and the doctor made everything so easy for me. Oh, and I can't forget the gentleman who call me from the lobby and x-ray my stomach. Thank you so much.
