I had a tow claim on on 7/8/26 at 8pm and paid out of pocket for the tow that night. I am insured with Erie through Stockton Hill Insurance and the next morning I dealt with Noel with Stockton Hill in their claims dept. and sent him my tow receipt. Within a few hours my claim for the tow was approved and reimbursement check was being issued. Process was quick and easy and he kept me informed the whole time. 10/10 recommend!
I just purchased a new home, I worked with Bobbie Ervin to for the home coverage and also ended up adding my auto policy as well. I couldn't be happier with process and work that she put in making it all happen. I highly recommend all services !
