I like the screen check-in facility in reception as it's very quick and easy. My consultation today was with Dr Naveed who was professional and reassuringly calm and was overseen by Dr Brooks (who's always been extremely thorough, professional and approachable in my experience and was so today). So all-in-all a good experience

Stockton Heath Medical Centre has been great for me the last year. Quick and accurate diagnosis every time and very accommodating when needing stitches out asap.
No availability to make an appointment online. 22 people ahead of me in the telephone queue. When I went in to the actual surgery to explain all I need is a referral for my medical insurance I was redirected back to the online booking system, the very one that they recognised wasn’t currently accepting reservations. I understand under funding and the limitations that presents to service levels.
