The reception staff and prescription ladies are so helpful
It's 8am phone lines are closed, econsults are closed. They don't accept econsult and calls before 8am so how come?
Receptionist was rude and obnoxious you really need to sort this out SHMC as the woman I spoke to today had a terrible attitude and was extremely unhelpful to say the least. After over 50 years registered with you and this surgery I will not be returning. Maybe this is your intention??
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr Brooks and Dr Hassam who I have seen recently for two separate issues. I was dealt with the same day and was referred to the hospital within a day. Thank you to the lady on reception who was so helpful and friendly.
