I have been with Stockton Heath Heating for a good few years and have a service plan. The boiler is serviced every year. Any issues that arise with the heating or boiler they come out either the same day or as soon as possible, always efficient polite and always helpful if I need any advice.
I can't thank the team enough for my mum's new boiler installation. They always provide superb customer service. The team are so efficient, courteous & professional. Highly recommend Stockton Heath Heating.
Stockton Heath Heating have recently installed a new boiler for me - the service throughout was exemplary. Date lines were met, calls returned immediately. Dave and Jason both have a great 'can do' attitude and go out of their way to be of assistance. Unreservedly recommended.
Boiler fitted 2017, rang previously for a service during a busy period and told can't service due to how busy they were. This is fair enough however due to personal circumstances (3year old son passing away) we didn't get round to doing it again due to severe mental health issues. Rang today to ask them to come out and have a look at the boiler as after a house fire it had stopped working (ignition fault) The gentleman on the phone first said "sounds like you need an engineer either way" which was slightly obvious but didnt ... read more
