My dealings with stockton grange, been absolutely first class service Sallyanne & Sarika went above and beyond looking for property to rent. I’m not one to write reviews especially negative ones but my disappointing experience has compelled me to. I rented with this agency for three years and had multiple property managers during that time, which led to ongoing confusion. On several occasions, they didn’t even know where the unit was located. Every inspection required me to redirect them—sometimes while I was at work, over the phone. I reported several maintenance issues, but never received any follow-up.
