My family and I began having car trouble while on a vacation in Big Bend. Heading out of town towards home through Ft Stockton was our only option. When we stopped at Stockton Ford for help, the service manager was more than accommodating and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to get our truck fixed and on the road immediately. I had to get back to work the next day and my son had to get back to school - the fact that he helped us to get home and didn't leave us stranded there waiting on repairs was wonderful. Great place to order parts. The guys in their really know their stuff. The only problem I have ever had was with the service department. I've called tons and tons of times and never got through to a service rep. or even a normal mechanic. No, I've only talked to the front desk with them telling me that they still haven't looked at it, even after 3 weeks of leaving our truck their. We understood there is to be a wait with all the oilfield trucks and work they're needing to do, but come on, its been nearly two months now and s... read more

A days work here in this BFE town takes two days. If you need your car fixed in fort Stockton do not come here they are not friendly and theyre more concerned about their extended lunch break than helping out their customers. The last time they won any kind of award for customer service was 1988 and it shows they are SLOW.
