Easy process, they open at 5am checked in and the girl in check in building sent me to a dock .. unloaded in less then 30min..in and out within 45min..overnight parking on side street ...mega friendly staff from check in to warehouse...
The past reviews on this place were not accurate at all. The lady up front was so nice. We had a 5 am appointment- checked in at 4:40 am. Immediately got a door, they temped the trailer and had us slide tandems and we got on a door. They finished our trailer by 5:18 am. Would definitely return. We were able to park on the street overnight no issues. I read they have a bathroom, but didn’t check for myself.
They got me an early got me out I was very impressed and they were very quick
They load on open dock but they want you to pre cool 34
