We have bought a couple of vans from this company now and everything has been excellent, from start to finish. Excellent communication, great vans, and that all important after-sales service is second to none, the lads are a credit to the company. We will only buy vans from this company moving forward.
WARNING STEAR CLEAR At first contact, service was friendly and swift. However after asking over the phone and in message, "if there was any damage or repair to the vehicle" they said no except for some ware and tear which was no issue for me. Needless to say under very light inspection, the back, side and front of the vehicle was amaturely repaired from heavy damage with fillers and silicone visible every where. THE worst part about changing your car is suffering a salesmen's condescending patter. These guys are the complete reversal of that. Absolutely a delight to parley with. Saw a car on a Wednesday, 2nd viewing on the Thursday and I was driving it home the following Tuesday. It's a 10/10 from me.
Below Average in all accounts Process for buying my new Ford focus was a below average one from start to finish, was quite a bit of mess around with when to collect, first off was told I can collect on the Saturday which wasn't releyed to service team so I couldn't get then, the following Tuesday when told I can collect was told on the lunchtime of the day that I couldn't collect due to a recall and then on the day I finally collected the following Thursday they couldn't change the front two tyres persumably because they did... read more
