BEYOND TRUSTWORTHY!! I took my vehicle to 2 other places before Stockton 12. One was a dealership. My vehicle is the main means of transportation for us. So its value is too large. It started off just fine with my oil changes but this place seems to have gone downhill. Customer service is horrible. They wouldn't honor my warranty pricing and when I asked to speak to the manager she answered with an annoyed tone, cut me off multiple times and did not try to help me in any way and actually ended up hanging up on me. I was then forced to take my car for warranty work down to St George (where I bought it) and they honored the pricing. I was ready to buy a Honda HR V, but I could not close the deal because of the manager who did not keep his promise to give me a discount. Besides that he tried to sell me two different cars. The sale professional was very nice and everything else pertain to the dealership but the manager.
