They will tell you something over the phone and guarantee a fix and change the story later and tell you they fixed something when they did not. I had phone calls recorded and all they said was " it was miss communication "

Courteous customer service. Oil change and service done quickly. Verbal and written feedback about results. Great!
They were great and quick at the service, however I only requested an oil change and told them no tire rotation. When I got my receipt they rotated my tires anyways. I’m sure there was a miscommunication, but I was bummed to pay for a tire rotation that we didn’t request.
Carson was great! He understood where I was in my process of looking for a new car. He pulled the car up for me so I didn’t have to walk the lot. I appreciate the time he took to explain my options and offers.
