Terrible experience bought a brand new car here. The car had some malfunctions, so we took it into Stockton 12 Honda to get it fixed under warranty. And then we took it in again.. and again.. and again.. only to find they couldn’t reproduce the problem even when we provided video evidence of the sensors going off when nothing is nearby. I am very disappointed and well, furious in the process to buy out my lease. Apparently I did not get the guy in finance others have spoken of who explains each document and what you are signing to. I had so many "services" added on that put the price of my car through the roof, but I was only shown the monthly payment, not the total price. I regret that I didn't just turn in the car I had leased and taken my business elsewhere.
I had a great experience at Stockton 12 Honda. Steve A., Carson and John C. were knowledgeable about the cars, service and current deals. They really did do their best to provide a very competitive deal. They weren't pushy and were able to answer my questions and explain in terms that I understood. Also, Steve in finance explained each document I signed clearly and completely so I understood what all the forms were for. Really, this was a great experience. Thank you!
