I foolishly thought I'd be able to change my headlight bulb by myself this morning, so I stopped by Pep Boys to get the part. Once I realized it was going to be too complex for my skills, I asked if they could do it for me there. They were really unhelpful about how difficult this was going to be--60 to 90 minutes, delay in having someone come look at it for sure, hesitant to even touch it because it was a hybrid. Who has 90 minutes on Christmas Eve to sit around Pep Boys? Thinking maybe I'd have better luck at the dealershi... read more
