The staff here are fantastic. Service is good and quick.
Would not waste any time or money there had a muffler fall off on the road and the gal at the service counter told me I would have to wait 2 weeks to get in to get it fixed so I got my tools out and fixed it in there parking lot some one from the dealership said don’t let him go and came out to help and I had him get a new clamp and that gal came out and said you now you have to pay for that it’s like no really never stop there again
The staff at Harbor Town HD was very helpful in setting up the work I wanted to get done on my Ultra Limited... specifically a 20K service, Michelin Commander III touring tires, Progressive forks and Legend rear. Everyone i spoke with and worked with are competent and genuinely happy to work at this dealership. I would without reservation recommend Harbor Town in Manitowoc with all of your bike needs
I bought a 2024 Street Glide! Jacob was an awesome sales associate treated me good w my trade very happy. Then service department Christina and I text back and forth at lease a dozen times about the foot pegs and exhaust. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive for the service and price!
