Avoid, avoid, avoid Please do not make the same mistake we did and actually give this company any sort of business. They destroyed our artificial grass, utility room and completely ignored requests for our electrical test and gas safe certificates. We had over £5k of damage to our property and have spent a year locked in legal battles to recover it. These guys are the best of British - genuine, moral, principled and determined - in an era where sadly we dont have many businesses - and people - like these who go above and beyond for their customers and clients. I needed a specific part (not sold on its own/ you have to buy a much bigger unit which it comes with), originally went to Screwfix, who then recommended that I go here. We used these guys to supply all the main fixtures for our new family bathroom and new downstairs toilet. We are not the most decisive couple but Malc, Hellen and Steve gave their time on a number of Saturday mornings over a hot beverage and a hobnob to help us come to some final decisions.
