My son should have had a telephone appointment yesterday 10th September.. guess what it never happened.. absolutely despicable.. don't quite know what is going on with this surgery but its certainly not earning brownie points.. we have been with this surgery for over 30 years
First time visiting this surgery, I was seen by Dr. Simpson who was very empathetic and helpful. He explained everything in detail to me and made me feel very comfortable . The receptionist was also lovely to me on my way out.
I have been with this practice for 24 years and over the last 15 of those years that the quality of care they give has just got worse and worse. As others have said, it's impossible to get an appointment unless you are online at 8:00 a.m by 8:05 there are no appointments left. One of the senior female doctors literally laughed at me when I suggested what my condition might be. Can not book appointment on the phone online only. It’s fully booked everyday. Receptionists just call 111 nothing she can do.
