In my experience, the doctors have been(largely) understanding and proactive in my concerns; however, recently, I have been waiting a long time for results of a scan. I have phoned twice in two weeks to chase it up(after confirming they had received the report). The receptionist that I spoke to today was bordering on rude & was very unprofessional in the way in which she spoke to me on the phone. Appointment system is simply not fit for purpose. It took several failed attempts and several days before I received the callback I had been promised. The GP was wonderful however and couldn't have been more helpful but it should not be that difficult to gain access to primary health care. It's potentially very dangerous.

No appointments! Moved within the catchment area for this surgery & rang on 3 separate occasions to ask to see a dr but by the time I get through there’s no appointments left and the online booking system has been closed! If you don’t get through bang on 8am it’s tough luck basically! Even if you want an appointment for 6 weeks time 🤯 Ridiculous system and not easily accessible! I changed gp surgery within a month or registering here. Avoid
