I think they have a bit to learn around customer needs. I came to look at an MX-5. Was told by the sales assistant that this car was not suitable for me, and he rushed me over to a BMW Z4 they had. The BMW was too powerful, automatic, had wheels that were too big, was over my budget, and not to my taste. The salesperson was very passionate about BMWs, and got rather carried away with this car. Couldn't have had a better experience. Oli went out of his way to accommodate me. I rang up on the Thursday and had the car by Monday. Nothing was too much trouble. Oli is an absolute credit to the business. Would recommend this company to anyone! The car was as described! Drives like a dream! Excellent customer service!
