I entered the store at 11:51 am. I stood at the drop off/pick up window while people moved around behind the counter. I was not acknowledged. I stood there for at least five minutes and decided to not waste any more time. The door was locked as I tried to leave. It was 11:59. The cashier had to open the door for me and did not ask me if I got what I needed. Customer service is certainly not there forte
