Heard this place can be a long wait, but we were curious to try it so we made a reservation a week in advance for our aniversary dinner. Showed up on time, and after 20 minutes the waitress asked us if we had been helped. We said no, and she told us to go somewhere else. At least she gave us some good reccomendations. They were indeed busy, and had a couple big tables. But it's incredible that they shooed us away instead of bringing us some waters. Luckly we were still able to get in somewhere else before it was too late.
Very poor service food was subpar, and it will be the last time We eat there.
I ordered a filet of beef medium RARE and it was served medium WELL! Sent it back and the next one came cooked the same! Overdone! There excuse was the ran out of filets and had to cook a frozen one!!! I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED! I don't go out for steak very often and was sure that a STEAKHOUSE would know how to cook a $52.OO STEAK!
We love it here. The steaks are good and the arcade games are fun for the kids.
