Got approved. All parties signed the lease. He took my payment. The lease started and he said don’t give her the keys. Took 4 days into my lease to find out he didn’t want me to live there due to issues with my last management company. Trying to get a hold of him was impossible and wasted over a week of my time when I could have been looking for another place all while having cashed my check. They do a nice job renovating buildings, however buy doing so they price out the existing residents (i.e. gentrification). Can we make nice things without dislocating residents? Thanks.
