We've had our home insurance thru stocking and cozzi for over 20 yrs. Recently, we tried twice in a week to have a notary. Both times we were told she was too busy with training. Tried to make appt. , and she said she wouldn't be able to help us for at least another week. She almost acted like she was too busy to even acknowledge us when we walked in. Very disappointed
I pay almost $7000 for the year for my dealership insurance. I was just informed by Maria that my policy was lapsed in July and that I was no longer covered after being in an accident today I never got a renewal notice I never got a phone call, I never received anything she’s telling me she sent me an email and that I didn’t respond and so she closed the binder ,so God for bid if you were busy running a business and u need someone to have your back.
