Updated review: This used to be a decent place to go to but since this summer it's just keeps going downhill! Oh well, all good things must eventually come to an end!
I have been coming to stockhouse windham for over a year, at least one a week if I can. I usually come for wing night (love them here!!) but came for football Sunday (& LOVE the new tvs on the wall!! The whole bar can watch the game, now!) I ordered a chicken bacon wrap with fries on the side, (I forgot to get a substitute when I ordered) and was SO happily surprised. The fries were amazing. 1st timer. Inside was a comfortable setting. Clam chowder had the perfect consistency but lacked seasoning, especially salt. The steak and cheese wrap had excessive moisture, thinking from the mushrooms. Fries were under cooked. Not a good first impression. Good service.
My husband and I came in and had an incredible time and had an amazing bartender. We ordered a burger with fries and coleslaw to go for my brother in law. We get home and I open to reheat the burger for him and a find a bite taken out of it?! No idea why or how. It went from stockhouse to our home into the microwave. Honestly we would have completely understood if the kitchen wanted to close early and not make the meal.
