I called Stockert Septic to come to our home to have our septic pumped out. We recently moved and was not sure where the lid was burried. He took the time to probe and dig for our lid. His prices are very reasonable. He is very friendly, knowledgable, professionl and pleasant to work with. I recommend this company to anyone who needs service.
We recently purchased our house, and with it being in town, never would have imagined that we are on a septic system. We were referred to Stockert Septic by the plumber we had com out to snake the pipes. He was here within 30 mins. He had to pump the tank out and then it was still clogged within the pipe. He went home and got his snake, came back and spent at least an hour if not more, trying to force with clog out. It just wouldn't budge, but he wouldn't give up! He went out of his way to help us.
