I ordered some parts for my 24 WRX. The guys at the parts desk were very friendly and fun and helped get exactly what I needed. Even upon entering the ladies at the service desk made me feel welcome and showed me where to go. Thanks you Subaru Team
Staff were friendly and professional, and my 120k service was completed as scheduled. However, I was surprised by the lack of detail in the multi-point inspection video and report. I’ve been to several Subaru dealerships across the country for my Crosstrek’s service, and this location was somewhat disappointing in comparison. My tire pressure warning light is on, and I believe it’s likely related to a sensor that needs replacement, but this was not mentioned. I dropped off my car in the morning for a Pennsylvania state inspection. Later, I received a phone call from the service department telling me to come back in about 45 minutes to one hour to pick up the car. During that phone call, I specifically asked if I could replace the license plate bulb myself and then return to complete the inspection. I was clearly told that this would not be a problem.
