I dropped off my car in the morning for a Pennsylvania state inspection. Later, I received a phone call from the service department telling me to come back in about 45 minutes to one hour to pick up the car. During that phone call, I specifically asked if I could replace the license plate bulb myself and then return to complete the inspection. I was clearly told that this would not be a problem. Not a bad experience however they didn’t do what they said they would do
This is how they install hitch and charge you for 820 bucks. Totally regret it taking my car to them.
