We had our hitch put on at their body shop, not only did they saw a jagged hole in our bumper (which they did fix when I brought to their attention) but never asked us about the hitch size. We said we wanted the capacity for a bike rack, and the hitch they installed for 600 was the wrong size. Too small for a bike rack. Wish there had been more communication and now need to get it all redone because it’s useless.
Long story but I must speak my truth. I took my Subaru (which is only at 63k miles) in for a multitude of things (brake issues, 60k service stuff, lots of warning lights on the dash), and was willing to pay them a lot of money to fix everything. Even though I knew it would be overpriced (and it was), the hours were convenient for my schedule, and since it was the Subaru dealership I thought they’d have Subaru expertise and fix my car.
