My car suffers from a color match problem after painting a quarter panel (see that attached first two photos) and they refused to repaint it. So, I went to another body shop to fix the color match problem (see the attached last two photos). I experienced some frustrating things from the body shop recently after my car was scratched by another car and dropped my car at the service department. After I drop my car, they gave me an inspection sheet which told me that my car can be repaired in 10 days. However, when I went to the shop to pick up my car 10 days later, they told me that I need to wait for 3 more weeks due to the bumper bracket problem, and I think that this is totally understandable due to the recent supply chain shortage. I have a truck that the bed bottom needs replaced. from rust common from road salt in our area.. I would imagine that this would be a common job. Wrong ... I was told that they don't do rust repair ? And then they told me I should maybe look around the area for other auto body shops ... after other people who work there ( not in auto body ) told me to ask them about it ... seems like they could have set up a time to atleast take a look ... but.....
