My car suffers from a color match problem after painting a quarter panel (see that attached first two photos) and they refused to repaint it. I experienced some frustrating things from the body shop recently after my car was scratched by another car and dropped my car at the service department. After I drop my car, they gave me an inspection sheet which told me that my car can be repaired in 10 days. However, when I went to the shop to pick up my car 10 days later, they told me that I need to wait for 3 more weeks due to the bumper bracket problem, and I think that this is totally understandable due to the recent supply chain shortage.
