My A/C stopped working, called them out under AHS warranty, original quote for repair was $1925 of which only $595 were for expenses covered by the home warranty. This is more than twice what this repair should cost. They told me that AHS does not pay them enough to make a profit so they have to come up with other charges to bill the policy holder. They used to be good but the most recent service had a lack of customer care. We made an appointment for them to come out but then they said we can not help you. We had them clean our unit last year. When we asked why they won’t help us this year, they told us that they were unwilling to clean it.

We used to love Stockdale. We have AHS but spent $5000 out of pocket for a new outside unit with them. But no more! We requested them for a vendor for service to our AC through AHS the tech didn’t even try to help clean our coils. He simply turfed it to another vendor and said they wouldn’t be servicing us anymore. I have no words for the lack of professionalism. They simply didn’t want to do the work for us I guess ? Which makes no sense because they get paid for it! I guess they are too high and mighty now.

Extremely Rude and Belligerent. The owner was the one who came out and was using profanity while he was speaking to me. Walked in my house after checking the unit without knocking or ringing the bell. Do not use them.

If for any reason you are having to consider using this company, choose a different one. After making no progress on an AC issue with a service call, an employee (Jake) refused to answer questions (flat out ignored me as I asked them and kept just holding the receipt up and repeating "sign here") about how I should maintain my AC, what he checked on, and what I should look for, and literally tore the receipt up without getting a signature, stormed out of the house and slammed the door.
