My A/C stopped working, called them out under AHS warranty, original quote for repair was $1925 of which only $595 were for expenses covered by the home warranty. This is more than twice what this repair should cost. They told me that AHS does not pay them enough to make a profit so they have to come up with other charges to bill the policy holder.
