Do not use this company to rent out your property. We brought through them and rented our house through them and it has been a constant headache, they are supposed to be on the lanlords side but don't do that at all. I was constantly getting emails about maintaining gardenbeds at my rental and being my first property I did not know this wasn't my problem I stoped receiving emails regarding the garden after I questioned it.
