EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Sunny’s word and affirmation from the start gives me hope to move on to another chapter of life. We are 6 months now and STILL hasn’t “SOLD” my property! 😡 From start we discussed price expectations as we plan to move interstate or perhaps downsize. This agent had our property in the market for sale for more than 2 years but did not able to get any offers from any buyers. The inefficient and Lazy agent did not even do much activity to try to have the property sold. Now they are asking for marketing costs even though the property is not sold.
