I entrusted David and Kristy from Stockdale and Leggo to sell our family home. Their service and expertise was exemplary. We followed their advice and had the house ready for market. After the first inspection we had a number offers available. David negotiated the best deal for us which was higher than we had expected. The whole process was seamless and stress free. I would recommend the stockdale and leggo team if considering selling their home.
I read through the reviews, it seems one is true about this realestate. That is they don't contact people/keep people informed about their rental application. We only found out we didn't get excepted when a friend who lives near the property told me the house was rented out. We didn't get a email or even a text from the realestate. It's not the first time this has happened either. Common courteosy is a thing of the past it seems.
Poor Form, Elderly mother applied for a rental and they didnt call her, didnt return calls when they were supposed to and no communication via email or anything. When I finally got hold of them 10 days later property was leased today. Not even a chance to try get the property. Dealt with SL before and and see this must be normal company policy.... poor form
Even though we weren't able to compete our purchase due to issues that arose with the property, Rod was exemplary throughout the process in representing his vendors interests and also being respective and communicative with us as buyers.
We really appreciated Rod van der Chys taking the time to get to know us when we first met with him regarding selling our house in Belmont. He managed our expectations and explained in detail how he proposed to market and sell the property. His professional manner instilled confidence in us that he would get us the best result, which he did. We would not hesitate in recommending Rod to any future sellers, or buyers! He is an excellent communicator, trustworthy and great to deal with.
