Sandra is very professional in her advice to us with regards to preparing the house for sale. We originally decide not to stage the house and to do auction if possible. however Sandra had gave us insight of the market around our area and also the target group of buyers who would likely be family with kids so the staging is necessary to allow viewers to understand better the usage of the open space and also to make the house more homely to attract buyers' attention.
