I was given the run around when it came to my tenants handing in their notice to vacate. Notice was given on 18/12 and yes i understand the christmas period however, getting in contact with the relisting agent Emily took some time to get there. When speaking to Jess about readvertising, they mentioned its best to advertise when the tenants move out but i strongly wanted the property relisted well before then. Things moved slowly from there.
