I was given the run around when it came to my tenants handing in their notice to vacate. Notice was given on 18/12 and yes i understand the christmas period however, getting in contact with the relisting agent Emily took some time to get there. When speaking to Jess about readvertising, they mentioned its best to advertise when the tenants move out but i strongly wanted the property relisted well before then. Things moved slowly from there. Maryanne is absolutely amazing!!! Honestly the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with over the 20+ years of renting!!! Couldn't ask for a better service I highly recommend Stockdale & leggo (maryanne).
