I have been under Stockbridge Village health Centre all my 55 years Sometimes it can be really difficult to get an appointment if you work full-time and unsociable hours though I do find the receptionists there are most helpful, caring, considerate there is a lady who I recently spoke to Carolyn Who has been really supportive and helpful In getting me a physio appointment and also trying to get me seen by the Menopause doctor Thank you so much your support and help really matters!

Unable to get appointment. Told you must wait outside health centre in the morning for any chance of getting one. Staff disinterested when you call. I asked to see a GP, I was told no. They didn't even ask why I needed to see one and didn't care when I told them. They did the same with my partner who ended up having to go to 111 and eventually had to have surgery. No empathy or care. Very poor.

Horrible practice being told the doctors don’t see u for UTI’s. Samples getting binned!! Receptionist making u tell them what’s up when legally u dnt have to tell them what’s wrong! Receptionist talking about u…..putting complaints in but nothing gets done!! Having to beg n plead to get ur medication and the receptionist arguing with you! Being ignored by some doctors to end up in hospital! Made out ur making things up to ended up in hospital!! This practice is a joke especially the receptionist!!!

The receptionists here are so lovely, had an issue with medication and couldn't have sorted it without them. Very understanding and kind in a stressful situation.
