HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NOT RETURN!!!!! After being a customer for several years, this practice has gone through 3 Doctors and numerous office staff members after Felcher's retirement. There is always someone new in this facility. (that should tell you right there....but I was willing to stick it out and see how things go). Staff is not willing to explain procedures. Felt rushed.
