I just want to set the record straight. I have worked for this company for 8 years and have never had a problem with them. The below comments are so far off base it s ridiculous. More than half the office has been promoted from the shop floor despite that it s a family business. Hard work is rewarded, lazy work isn t, welcome to the real world.

I am also a former employee. This company is ran like a concentration camp. The statement about the cameras above is true. I was stacking parts on to a skid with a fellow employee. I was called into the office for excessive talking and disrupting the rest of the buildings production while casually chatting with my co-worker while we stacked the skid and eventually terminated. Im a prior employee. If you are thinking of working here, dont. They are all psychos. It is a family ran business so you have no rights at all. The cameras in the building arent security cameras. They are cameras to watch every move you make. If you arent walking fast enough or not in a hurry, someone will come out and tell you theyve seen you walking slowly and you need to move faster.
