I had a problem with my Iveco daily new vehicle ,. I purchased it from the dealer They were unable to fix it. I contacted STM at Narrelan spoke to Hayden in the service department, he booked the truck In. The truck was fixed in a day. Hayden's service waa excellent and professional, he also keept me updated of the Progress. Many thanks to him and and the mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone looking servicing their vehicle.
I was able to book the Iveco in for a new set of steer tyres and a long overdue wheel alignment at short notice. As we were only in the area a couple of days I was very pleased. The end result was outstanding, the motor home now drives like a magic carpet ride. The cost wasn’t even that bad.
I came to look for the truck and I met with adavid. He was very friendly and supportive. I had great site visit and I have been here before. Bit of drive for me but I enjoyed the drive to this location and great customer service at STM. This is also a great place for other moving plants.
