I was so disappointed with STM. When i first started, i looked forward to going. Everyone was so nice and it was a great atmosphere. Unfortunately though, the therapists don't pay attention / remember what the clients are being treated for. i was being treated for a hip replacement and i never had one. When i brought this to the attention of my therapist it was laughed off and minimized as not an issue. Hoy recibí un maltrato verbal de parte de la Sra Tony (recepcionista), al decirle que por no darme una información correcta ..de paso hoy me dice por telefono programar 5 citas para esta semana y llegando alla y me dice que no se pueden tener 5 citas por semana sino 3, en menos de 1 hora me da información totalmente difeeentes..mebhizo ir por nada.
