STM and their staff are exceptional! Danielle is a miracle worker who I cannot praise enough. It's crazy how a therapist that works you through so much pain can have you feeling powerful and strong every time you leave! I hurt my elbow November 2024 and started physical therapy at STM with Danielle at the beginning of this year and am now back to 100% and back at the gym lifting weights without any pain! Highly recommend STM, everyone there including Toni and Miriam are always extremely helpful and really look out for each and everyone one of their patients.
I went in for 4 sessions of PT and shockwave therapy for my plantar fasciitis. The exercises and stretches felt appropriate for my pain level and the shockwave therapy was so much more helpful than I could have anticipated. Danielle and her team were so helpful, informative and kind and so much of pain has been relieved. I will definitely be back for my next injury!
