I went with my mom to her appointment at Dr. Nagam's office. We were very happy with her and her thoroughness and care. She has helped my mom in the past with good results, but as my mom is getting older things are changing. I feel confident that Dr. Nagam will find a plan that works for her. She is also very prompt.
My first impression of this office was genuinely refreshing. The supporting staff is incredible. A real person actually answered the phone, and Donna even called me back, which was something I never experienced with my previous specialist. Her nurse was so sweet and kind. I never felt like I was bothering anyone, and I never felt rushed. For the first time in a long while, I’m feeling hopeful that I’ve found a place that truly wants to help me.
Very friendly and professional team. Looking forward to working with Dr. Nagam.
